Personal Statement:

Within my work I try to use designed objects as an embodied critique or commentary on our modern culture. Both the product, its use and the process of designing such an product causes reflection on existing values and practices in culture. I try to challenge the viewers preconceptions and expectations thereby provoking new ways of thinking about the object, its use, and the surrounding environment.
